Payment & Fees
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Some payment methods may incur fees.

Please confirm the final payment amount, which includes taxes and service charges.
After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or KakaoTalk.
If you experience payment errors or double charges, please contact the FUR:RAID Organizing Committee for assistance.
If you need a cash receipt or tax invoice, please request it at the time of payment. Requests made later may be significantly delayed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Since all bookings are for a special event-related stay, strict cancellation and refund policies apply. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation and refund requests should be made via the website or the FUR:RAID Organizing Committee.

No refunds for no-shows.
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, government orders, etc.), a separate refund policy may apply. We will notify you separately in such cases.
In case of disputes, the hotel and FUR:RAID Organizing Committee will resolve the issue fairly in accordance with applicable laws.
Check-in & Check-out
ID (resident registration card, driver’s license, passport, etc.) is required at check-in.
Minors cannot check in alone; they must be accompanied by a guardian. This is unrelated to event participation.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
A credit card or other guarantee may be required at check-in and will be fully refunded at check-out if there are no issues.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of room items or facilities.
Please check your belongings before check-out. For lost items, contact the hotel immediately.
Any additional charges after check-out will be notified and billed separately.
Hotel facilities (restaurants, cafes, etc.) may be used after check-out.

Room amenities (towels, robes, slippers, etc.) cannot be taken outside the hotel.

Please avoid loud noise or other behavior that may disturb other guests.
Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
For safety, store valuables in the in-room safe or at the front desk.
