INTRODUCTION

Bring your work to the wide world, and into the hands of those who will love it. 

The greatest force that drives a fandom is, above all else, incredible creations. Carefully drawn artwork, words and sentences shaped through deep thought, and meticulously crafted fur fabric. Show all of these works to others! FUR:RAID’s Booth Ground is a space where your creations can shine!

PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

Please make sure to carefully read and understand the participation application guidelines below. 

Eligibility to Apply

  • Participants who are registered as members on the FUR:RAID website and are eligible to attend the event by purchasing an event ticket.

Application Schedule 

  • Applications are scheduled to open during the last week of June 2026. The exact application period will be announced later.
  • Please apply through “View All Participation Applications” on the website.

Participant Selection Process 

  • Applicants must submit a proposal that includes the items they wish to sell at their booth, the booth concept, and other relevant details.
  • The FUR:RAID Organizing Committee will select booths across a variety of genres based on the submitted proposals.
  • Further communication and announcements will be made through Discord.

Submission of Materials

  • After booth participants have been selected, all booths must submit the booth participation fee and a booth introduction image.
  • The booth introduction image will be used in the conbook, layout map, and other event materials. The required specifications will be announced after booth selection. 

Important Notes Before Applying

  • Please read all questions and regulations carefully to ensure that no required information is missing from your proposal.
  • Assigned booths may only be used by the booth representative and helpers, and may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged with others.
  • To help us predict crowd flow within the venue and secure safe movement routes, if the actual booth operation differs from the submitted proposal, you must notify the FUR:RAID Organizing Committee in advance.
  • If specific equipment is required for operating your booth, please inform the FUR:RAID Organizing Committee. We will review safety requirements and space availability.
  • The sale of goods made using images or outputs generated with AI, or goods produced by unauthorized tracing, theft, or reproduction of another person’s copyrighted work, is strictly prohibited.
