Please make sure to carefully read and understand the participation application guidelines below. 

Eligibility to Apply

• Participants who are registered as members on the FUR:RAID website and are eligible to attend the event by purchasing an event ticket.

Application Schedule 

• Application deadline: August 23, 2026 (Sun) until 23:00 (KST)
• Results Information: E-mail Individual Guidance Scheduled for Monday, August 31, 2026

Participant Selection Process 

• Applicants must submit a proposal that includes the content they would like to present in a panel or the program they would like to run in a session.
• The FUR:RAID Organizing Committee will select panels and sessions across a variety of genres based on the submitted proposals.
• Further communication and announcements will be made through Discord.

Important Notes Before Applying

• Please read all questions and regulations carefully to ensure that no required information is missing from your proposal.
• You can apply for a variety of topics, but select topics related to furry and fursuits first.
• Panel or session content must not infringe upon intellectual property rights or include content that goes against public order or accepted standards of decency.
• To help us predict crowd flow within the venue and secure safe movement routes, if the actual operation of your panel or session differs from the submitted proposal, you must notify the FUR:RAID Organizing Committee in advance.
