BEAST FEAST Ticket Usage Guide
1. Event Information
- Event Name: BEAST FEAST
- Date & Time: Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM
- On-site Queue Opens: 7:00 PM
- Venue: Main Hall, 2nd Floor
- Seating: General admission / open seating
- Purchase Limit: 1 ticket per person
- Includes: Event admission, buffet meal, beverages, and alcoholic drinks
2. Adults-Only Event and ID Verification
- BEAST FEAST is an adults-only event where alcoholic beverages will be served together with the meal.
- Only legal adults aged 19 or older as of the date of purchase may purchase and use a ticket.
- Minors may not purchase a ticket or use a ticket transferred to them.
- Age and identity verification may be conducted during the purchase process, and valid identification will also be checked on-site.
- You must present a valid photo ID showing your date of birth, such as a Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, passport, or valid mobile ID issued by an authorized institution.
- Admission will be denied if you do not have identification, your identification has expired, you present only a photograph or copy, the ID has been forged or altered, you use another person’s ID, or your identity or age cannot otherwise be verified.
- Anyone receiving a transferred ticket must also be at least 19 years old and will be subject to the same identification procedure.
- If admission is denied because age or identity cannot be verified, the cancellation and refund policy applicable to circumstances attributable to the purchaser will apply.
3. Physical Ticket Delivery
- This admission ticket will be delivered as a physical ticket together with the FUR:RAID 2026 FIELDTRIP event admission ticket and rewards.
- Additional delivery charges may apply if the ticket cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information, absence of the recipient, or other circumstances attributable to the purchaser.
- If a ticket is lost or damaged during delivery, the seller will verify the shipping status and provide a replacement or other appropriate measures.
- After receiving your ticket, please immediately check the event name, date and time, ticket quantity, and condition of the ticket. If there is any issue, please contact us.
4. Physical Ticket Requirement and Admission Verification
- You must bring the original physical ticket on the day of BEAST FEAST and present it to event staff in order to enter.
- A mobile screen, order history, photograph of the ticket, copy of the ticket, or payment receipt alone will not be accepted for admission.
- If you do not bring the physical ticket, admission may be restricted even if your order or purchase can be verified.
- Admission may be denied if the ticket is damaged or altered to the point that its unique number, security markings, or other required information cannot be identified.
- Each ticket is valid for one person and may be used only once. A ticket that has already been used cannot be reused.
- Upon admission, the physical ticket will either be collected or marked as used, and will be exchanged for a non-reusable admission credential.
- The admission credential will only be provided to the person who first presents the ticket and may not be transferred or lent to another person.
- If the admission credential is removed, altered, lost, or damaged to the point that valid verification is no longer possible, access to BEAST FEAST or re-entry may be restricted.
- If the admission credential is defective upon initial issue or becomes damaged during event operations, it may be replaced after verification by on-site staff.
- If forgery, alteration, duplication, or unauthorized use of a ticket or admission credential is suspected, admission may be temporarily suspended or denied while the matter is verified.
5. Ticket Transfers
- Unused physical tickets may be transferred to another person.
- Tickets may be transferred simply by handing over the original physical ticket, without a separate name-change procedure. However, the recipient must satisfy all of these terms of use, including the adults-only eligibility requirements.
- The seller is not a party to private ticket transfers and, to the extent that the seller has not acted intentionally or negligently, assumes no responsibility for disputes arising from non-payment, fraud, loss, duplicate transfers, or similar issues between individuals.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations are available until September 15, 2026, and will receive a full refund.
- The time required for the refund to be processed may vary depending on the payment method, card issuer, or financial institution.
- Please note that cancellation requests made after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
7. Event Cancellation, Postponement, and Changes
- If BEAST FEAST is canceled due to circumstances attributable to the organizer or seller, the full ticket price will be refunded. If applicable consumer dispute resolution standards provide for separate compensation, those standards will apply.
- If the event is canceled due to circumstances reasonably beyond the organizer’s control, including natural disasters, administrative orders related to infectious diseases, war, fire, or unavoidable facility closure, the full ticket price will be refunded.
- If the event date, time, or venue changes, purchasers will be notified by text message or email. Purchasers who do not agree to the changed conditions may cancel without penalty within the period specified in the notice.
- The buffet menu, beverage and alcoholic drink selection, seating arrangement, and on-site traffic flow may be reasonably changed as long as such changes do not materially affect the nature or operation of BEAST FEAST.
- If material terms of the agreement, such as the nature of the event, operating hours, venue, or provided services, are changed, purchasers may request cancellation, a refund, or compensation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Food and Alcohol Service
- The buffet will be available for 120 minutes. Food and beverage service will end when BEAST FEAST concludes.
- Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions must contact the FUR:RAID Organizing Committee before purchasing to confirm whether their needs can be accommodated.
- For safety reasons, additional alcoholic beverages may be refused to guests who appear excessively intoxicated.
- Alcohol provided at BEAST FEAST may not be given to minors or taken outside the venue.
9. Safety and Guest Conduct
- Admission may be denied or guests may be removed from the venue if they engage in vomiting, violence, sexual harassment, threats, property damage, excessive drinking, or any other conduct that causes serious inconvenience or danger to others.
- Guests may be held responsible for damage resulting from their own intentional or negligent acts or from violations of safety rules. However, this does not exclude liability for damage caused by the intentional or negligent acts of the organizer or seller.
- Guests are responsible for managing their own personal belongings. Liability for loss, theft, or damage may be limited where the organizer or seller has not acted intentionally or negligently.
10. Photography and Recording
For event documentation purposes, the BEAST FEAST venue and event activities may be photographed, filmed, and audio-recorded.
11. Additional Notes
- We ask all participants to take part responsibly and respectfully so that everyone can enjoy BEAST FEAST safely and comfortably.
- Any matters not specifically stated above will be governed by the internal rules, terms and conditions, policies, and disclaimers of FUR:RAID 2026 FIELDTRIP.
- Regardless of whether a specific matter is expressly stated above, final authority regarding the interpretation and determination of all situations rests with the FUR:RAID Organizing Committee and the hotel.
